Our mission as a non-profit organization serving the entire
Northern California area is to rescue all pugs and pug mixes from
situations in which there is abuse or neglect, and in cases of voluntary
relinquishment regardless of age, health, and/or temperament and
to restore their health and emotional well being so that they may
be placed in a new, loving, nurturing, and life-long home.
PROS only adopts to families in Northern California and parts of Nevada. Please see our links page for more Pug rescue groups and information.
Thank you so much for all the offers to foster we have received
since our plea first went out. Now we are finding ourselves in need of
homes for our senior and hospice pugs. Our 8 years and under pugs are very popular (for obvious reasons!)
but if you have room in your heart, and on your sofa for an older, wiser pug to keep you warm this winter
please fill out an application (or contact us if you have already been through the application process)
and you will be making a little old pug man or pug lady very happy in the years when they need the most comfort and love.
