Poppy is SO adorable & so smart and so soft, she's doing very well we think. They play like there's no tomorrow, and we think maybe Cork is being too strong on occasion but then she comes back for more and pounds on him. Who's play'n who? It feels like she's been with us from the start and she's adapting so well. She's sleeping with us and potty training is pretty good so far. It's a go when you feel kinda thing, whether inside or not, and not much unlike my mothers pugs in the past. They are just stubborn, so you bring them out and wait. She will then smell the ground and go (we give praise and cookies then). If she has to go that is. And that is the million dollar question, does she have to go or not and is she conscious of it? We've only had 2 mistakes. Well, actually 3 but one was on the way outside on her own, so we give her credit for being in that direction. A few times Cork goes and she observes and goes too.
