I wanted to give you an update. He is doing wonderfully! We take many, many walks here in North Beach, and Raleigh loves the beach at Crissy Fields. We love his energy and cherish his great spirit!
He has been a wonderful addition to our family.

PS - He fits in wonderfully with my daughter, he is at the perfect age for a 4 yr. old. She gets his attention and they both play with the same toys.
Rollie's story:
I am a 2 yr old neutered male fawn pug. I was abandoned and picked up by animal control where they took me to a shelter. I was surrendered to PROS, someone wanted me. I am a little bit insecure, but once I become comfortable in my surroundings and know that someone loves me I will be just fine. I am slightly under weight and when I was picked up I had demodetic mange. I am now finished being treated for the mange. I ride great in the car, and I am good with the other dogs in my foster home. I am learning that humans can be a wonderful source of fun and positive attention. I love playing with stuffed toys and my nylabone. I am very motivated by food rewards. I want to be part of the action in my foster home, and I am as sweet as they come. I am current on all of my vaccinations, I am micro-chipped, and my heart worm test was negative.
3 month update: Check out Rollie! Lookin' good and that fur is all grown back in!
