Hi, I'm Carmen! I am an 8 month old fawn spayed female pug. I was surrendered by my family when I was diagnosed with Parvo and they could not afford my medical treatments. I was taken in by PROS and they sent me to their vets for treatment. It was a long hard road for me, but I have completely recovered from Parvo. I am a happy, active high energy puppy. And just as adorable as they come as you can see by my picture. I love to follow you around, and I am good with other animals. I am charming, spunky and very smart. I am doing great on my house-training and I want nothing more than to sit on your lap when it is time to relax. I don't like being left alone when you first leave me, but I settle down right away. I do not like the vacuum cleaner, I bark at it just to show it how tough I am. I like going for rides in the car and I ride very well, I love going on walks and am learning to walk on my leash. I am a very good eater, and I am not aggressive when it comes to food or toys. I am not destructive in any way, which is saying a lot for a puppy. I am learning my commands; so far I know how to sit, other commands are being worked on with me. I am current on my vaccinations and I am micro-chipped. I was negative on my heart worm test.
Carmen would do best with an active family, and she is now available for adoption.
Thank you to Linda Parena and Richard Litton for their donation towards Carmen's medical bills.
