Hello my name is Miles I'm a fawn neutered 5 yr old male pug. I came in with Mia. Our owner passed away and we need to find a new forever home. My foster family says I'm adorable and boy do I love to cuddle. I'm very active and spent my life around people. I do bark at noises that I'm not familiar with and would be best in a home where someone is home a lot as I really miss my human. My housetraining is being reinforced. I've been to the vet and had my shots update, my teeth are now pearly white and my heartworm test was negative. I'm available for adoption.

Hello I'm Star a 4 yr old spayed fawn female. My shots have been updated and I'm microchipped. I was left on the back porch with three other pugs which includes my mom and dad. The three of us were all surrendered to PROS. My mom and I came in with severe cases of mange and I am now free of the mites. As you can see I have a lot of my hair back but it might not all come back due to the severity and because it was left untreated. Here are the pictures of me with the black skin. I have been feeling so much better now that the mites are gone. I love to snuggle and be close to my human. I do get a little jealous when other dogs come around for attention. My housetraining is progressing and I use potty pads inside when I can't get outside. I have learned some basic commands and I'm learning more each day thanks to my foster family. I'm really loving life again. I would do best in a calm home.

Hi my name is Taco, I'm a fawn male pug that just came from a rough situation and ended up at a shelter. Five to six large dogs attacked me and some one called animal control to come rescue me. As you can see by the picture below my neck was shaved to clean and treat all the puncture wounds. I will be going to see the vet to get neutered, have my wounds rechecked and microchipped. My shots were updated at the shelter. My right eye has an ulceration and that will also be checked. Watch for updates and for me to become available. I'm now starting to love life since my near death experience.

When I came in to PROS I got very sick with seizures and ended up in a coma. They found out that I have a Liver Shunt. But I am now on medication that I take with my food 2x a day (it is not very expensive fortunately) and a prescription diet (Science Diet LD). And you'd never know I was ever sick, it's pretty amazing!

I'm a sweet and gorgeous girl, about 25 pounds and quite tall. I love to lie in the sun all morning. Dont like baths one bit. Luckily I smell nice so I dont need them very often. Would you like to take me home? I prefer homes with rugs to flop and roll around on. I'm not so keen on little kids, but anyone over 10 is fine with me.

Hi, my name is Mitch! I am a 2 to 3 yr old neutered fawn male pug. I was picked up as a stay and never claimed. I was surrendered to PROS and placed in an awesome foster home.
I want nothing more than to sit in your lap and to be touched. The more touching the better. Naps are a special time for me to settle in, I have a little ritual that I perform: when I settle down to sleep I circle until I find that perfect spot then I strategically back into my spot, lower myself into position and then I am off to dreamland.
I get along well with other dogs. I have dry eye in both of my eyes so I require an ointment each day. I can be toy and food possessive but not to other animals, I don't like humans taking my food or toys away from me. I hover and growl but I have never bitten. This behavior is being worked on and I am much better. I love my toys and enjoy chasing them; however I don't bring them back!
I am micro chipped, up to date on all of my vaccinations and negative on my heart worm test.
Mitch has cleared his medical and is now available for adoption. Mitch would do good in a home where there are no children, but older children would be fine. He would do best with an active couple who would take him with them on their outings. Mitch is active and loves to play, go on rides, and walks. Mitch will make a wonderful addition for that special family.

Hi, my name is Daphne.
I am a 9 yr old female fawn pug. I was found as a stray and never claimed. I was fortunately surrendered to PROS. I went to live with my wonderful foster dad. He could tell I had been severely neglected and he immediately took me to a Vet. I was diagnosed with severe ear infections, a uterine infection and what appeared to be kennel cough. The cough was a disguise for being heart worm positive. I have had to undergo severe heart worm treatments. I will possibly be undergoing a hysterectomy once my other medical treatments are done to clear my uterine infection.
I have some slight hearing and sight loss. Neither of these conditions hinder me in any way, I am learning to adapt to these small nuisances.
On the up side, my foster dad says that I am an adorable senior gal. That I am sweet, kind, loving and sensitive. I am good with other dogs, cats and children. I enjoy riding in the car and going for walks, and that I am very social and enjoy human attention. I am fairly energetic for a senior. I am house-trained, micro-chipped and current on all of my vaccinations.
