Pug PROS

Happy Endings - Princess Paloma

Princess Paloma, the three-legged, now fourteen months old, little black Pug who initially joined my family as a foster Pug back in February/March of 2003 is now my second daughter.  My first little precious girl, Yoda Mae, who will always be my queen and went to heaven at the age of 16, gave me signs that it was time to get another girl into the household. However, Princess has been quite a challenge for my other Pug, Pochie, (who is nine years old) and myself since she bounces around the house like a little jack rabbit and is quite feisty and demands to be treated like a princess.  Which she should, since Princess first came to Pug Rescue with damaged front legs that included a paralyzed and unusable right front leg, which was amputated when it became infected. I am sure she had a very hard puppyhood BUT from here on, she will have it “made in the shade” (as they say).

Bug eyes and protruding lower teeth highlight her cute and irresistible facial expressions as well as all the kisses she gives to those who dare get close.

Love and Kisses,

Pochie, Princess Paloma and Kathy Bok
